  • FREE SHIPPING in Australia over $50 otherwise special rate of $5

  • Special Express Shipping rate of $9 within Australia Only.

  • Domestic parcels are shipped via Australia Post

  • Standard shipping takes 4 - 9 business days 

  • Express Shipping expect 2 to 5 days  - there may be delays with express shipping out of our control.


  • $25 AUD flat fee otherwise Free over orders of $150

  • $15 AUD flat fee to New Zealand otherwise Free Shipping over orders of $120

  • Please note due to COVID and limited flights departing Australia - International Delivery times are facing delays of up to two weeks.

  • Parcels are shipped using Australia International Post. Upon arrival into the country of destination the parcel will be delivered with the local national postal service of the destination. You can use the same tracking number as sent in your shipping confirmation email


  • All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving order ( Including Express Items).

  • The delivery times provided are estimates only.

  • Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied.

    • Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and ensure your unit number is included if applicable.

    • Rhodin Collection can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

      • If your parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address details you will be responsible for the return postage to your correct address.

  • We will attempt to update any incorrect order details if you contact us within 12 hours of your order, however some orders cannot be adjusted.

  • In the case that your order is processed you will need to contact the delivery service to update / redirect.

  • PREORDERS: These items will be shipped as soon as we take receipt from our manufacturer. If you have also ordered other items that are in stock - these will be shipped to you with your preorder. We cannot unfortunately send two different shipments.

  • Products are shipped with the authority to leave if you're not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be redelivered the following day or sent to the nearest postal facility.

  • Our delivery service runs Monday to Friday, Rhodin Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

  • We do not cover Import Taxes into the Destination Country and all parcels are counted as ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (or DDU), which means that the receiver has to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel.  

  • For International Shipping we will use Australia Post.

    • Limited International Flights are still being experienced out of Australia...please ensure you are checking the shipping number sent to you.​



The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 30 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Prices displayed on the Rhodin Collection site are stated in AUD$, GST and any other applicable Australian taxes.

Orders are processed as soon as you confirm payment, Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays. If you have ordered an item that is not available, we will notify you via email or telephone.


Some of our stock may be on "PRE-ORDER" this means that we are in final production of our stock at the time of purchase or we are offering the stock to our VIP clients who choose to purchase before the official launch date. We will ship Pre Orders as soon as possible or the date will be provided as to when shipping will commence.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, please take care to follow the below requirements:

RETURNS We can only accept returns under these conditions:​​


    • If you have been sent a faulty product you need to notify us via within 30 days of receiving the item.

    • We will reimburse return shipping - Standard shipping plus bag $9 aud, unless stated otherwise.

  • RETURNS/REFUNDS: If you receive your items and you wish to return due to change of mind - they will need to be returned unworn and in the same condition as received within 7 days of the receipt of item ( If in Australia).

    • If returning from outside Australia ( International) we request these items to be returned within 14 days of the receipt of the item.

  • JEWELLERY: We will only accept faulty items and cannot accept Jewellery that have been worn or tried on due to health regulations

    • We advise due to the nature of our fashion jewellery - please try to keep away from perfumes, hairsprays and keep dry.

    • Metal can tarnish when in contact with these and also daily wear and tear can change the colour of the metal/beads used in each piece.​


    • If you would like to exchange your purchase for another style  -  we can organise this within 7 days of receipt of your item ( Within Australia)

    • If you are sending from outside Australia

    • ( Over the christmas period (24 Dec to 4Jan) our return window is extended out to 14 days of receipt of your item).

    • You will need to cover the postage for return of item and we will send you your new style. 

    • Please contact to arrange.

  • AFTER 14 DAYS or receipt all orders are final and non refundable, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.

  • ALL ON SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned.

Care for your shades -

  • Some of our fashion sunglasses are made from acrylic or plastic, if you live in a hot climate where temperatures reach 41 + degrees do not leave in hot sun for hours as the sunglass will become very hot and can slightly change shape.

Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third parties. All information collected by rhodin collection online is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.


Once you create a profile with rhodin collection online, you have the option to choose to receive our updates, newsletters and correspondences.

The rhodin. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by rhodin.   (“rhodin.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to rhodin.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of rhodin. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if  your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with rhodin.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to rhodin or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other rhodin. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
